ملاحظات:
- لا يلتصق بمواد PP/PE/PTFE.
- يجب عدم تلامس السداد مع مواد PU الطازجة غير المتصلبة.
- عند الطلاء بالدهانات المعدنية، يجب تطبيق طبقة أساس حافظة.
- نظرًا للعدد الكبير من تركيبات الطلاء والتلميع، يجب إجراء اختبارات مسبقة لاستبعاد أي تفاعلات.
- يجب ضمان تبادل هواء كافٍ خلال مرحلة التصلب.
- يزيد وقت التصلب بسبب زيادة سماكة الطلاء.
منطقة التطبيق
للختم الدائم والمرن للغاية للوصلات، ولإعادة الهيكل الأصلي بعد أعمال إصلاح الحوادث، مثلًا في حجرة المحرك، وحجرة الأمتعة، والشاسيه، وآبار العجلات، وعلى جميع الوصلات المتصلة المتراكبة.
تعليمات
- تحضير السطح: يجب أن يكون السطح قادرًا على التحمل، نظيفًا، جافًا وخاليًا من الشحم والصدأ والماء.
- أدوات التطبيق: استخدم مع مسدسات الخرطوشة أو مسدسات الهواء المضغوط. يتم تحديد القوام والسماكات المطلوبة بناءً على المسافة من الكائن أو بواسطة ضغط الهواء.

Very Broad Adhesive Range: Adheres to a wide range of surfaces, even without a primer coat.
High Shore A Hardness: The material is resistant to mechanical loads.
High Tensile Strength and Elongation at Tear: The seam also withstands stronger movements/elongations.
Isocyanate-Free: The material does not contain isocyanates.
Notes:
- Does not adhere to PP/PE/PTFE.
- The sealant must not come into contact with fresh, unhardened PU materials.
- When painting over with metallic paints, a blocking primer must be applied.
- Due to the large number of varnish and glazing formulations, preliminary testing is required to rule out any interactions.
- Sufficient air exchange should be ensured during the curing phase.
- The curing time is extended due to a higher coating thickness.
Application Area
For permanently elastic, highly adhesive seam seals, and for restoring the original structure following accident repair work, e.g. in the engine compartment, luggage compartment, undercarriages, wheel wells, and on all overlapping connecting seams.
Instructions
- Surface Preparation: The substrate must be load-bearing, clean, dry, and free from grease, rust, and water.
- Application Tools: Use with cartridge or pneumatic guns. The required textures and coat thicknesses are determined by the distance to the object or by the air pressure.
