RETURN CONDITIONS
Q8LEDS Trading L.L.C
Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return
conditions given below are met.
Instructions to return are as below:
• All purchases should be returned from the original destination of shipping country.
• Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect, factory damaged or
defected, mismatch of the product.
• Products returned must be in their unused original condition with all Q8LEDS item
tags attached and any related sampling items and booklets included.
• Airway bill number and other unique identification numbers are not damaged or
removed.
• In case we find that the product is used or damaged by the customer, Q8LEDS will
not be responsible for such damages and in such cases, no refund will be applicable.
• Free returns confirmation will be provided after we inspect & ensure that products are not
used, altered or damaged by the customer.
• Upon receipt, please ensure to check the products immediately. In case there is any
damage, return the product to the same courier person showing him the damage and ask
for exchange of the same product. It will then be cross checked by Q8LEDS and will
update the customer about the exchange.
• Please note, return charges are not applicable if you do not meet above conditions.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

1. Upon you met return conditions, please contact us to schedule a collection for you at no
additional cost through email (info@q8leds.com/ae) or customer service number (+971
564126268), whatsapp.
2. Our Customer Service Team will email the shipping company’s Return Air Way Bill Number.
3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
4. Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.
5. To track your return, please note the tracking number printed on the Return Airway Bill
Number and enter it in the tracking number field on shipping company’s website.
Important: We do not accept LIABILITY for goods returned using any method other than our
collection service.

EXCHANGE
Q8LEDS Trading L.L.C
We do not offer product exchange if the product is delivered in good condition and is not
highlighted to Nay Perfumes about the product exchange and its reason within 3 days from the
date of delivery.
CANCELLATIONS

In certain situation, it is important to note if your order has not been dispatched, we may be able
to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, you’re required to inform Nay Perfumes
through email or telephone about your cancellation within 24 hour from the time of order is
placed.
Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the items, edit your billing and shipping
details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
Please note, we don’t have any access to make such amendments in customer’s account.
Your order will be processed and subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be
sent upon shipping.
